Yes! The Free plan is genuinely free — no trial. Just keep your YouTube channel connected to stay active. You get your own site with your YouTube videos, about page, contact form, FAQ page, daily YouTube sync, basic analytics, and a yourname.tubecms.app subdomain. Upgrade to Starter (£2.99/month) or Pro (£6.99/month) anytime for blog posts, newsletters, custom domain, and more.

Custom domains are available on the Pro plan. Once upgraded, you can add your domain in the admin settings. You'll need to update your DNS records to point to TubeCMS — step-by-step instructions are provided in the dashboard.

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. You'll keep your plan features until the end of your billing period, then there's a 7-day grace period to resubscribe. After that, your site is downgraded to the Free plan — it stays live with your videos, just without the paid features. All your content is preserved and nothing is deleted. You can upgrade again at any time.

Note: Free accounts without a YouTube channel connected are considered inactive. After 30 days you'll receive a warning email, and if no channel is reconnected within 15 days, the account is removed. As long as your YouTube channel stays connected, your site stays live indefinitely. Full details in our Terms of Service.

Yes! On Starter and Pro plans, visitors can subscribe via a form on your site. When you publish a blog post or a new video, you can send it to all your subscribers with one click. It uses double opt-in, has a built-in unsubscribe link, and you don't need any third-party newsletter tool. Posts are also available via RSS.

TubeCMS uses passwordless login. Enter your email address, click the magic link in your inbox, and you're signed in. No passwords to remember or manage.

No. TubeCMS uses Google's official OAuth flow to connect your channel. We never see or store your Google password. You can disconnect your channel at any time from your admin dashboard.

Yes. You can download a full export of your data at any time from your Account page. The export includes your uploaded images, site content, and analytics data as a zip file. Your data is yours.

Sign in to your admin dashboard and go to your Account page. From there you can choose Starter or Pro and complete payment securely via Stripe. Your new features are available immediately.
