Our Commitment
TubeCMS is committed to making our website and platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe the web should work for all people, regardless of their abilities or the technology they use to access it.
Conformance Standard
This website (tubecms.app) aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines are published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and are the internationally recognised standard for web accessibility.
We also apply these standards to the TubeCMS admin panel and tenant websites where possible.
What We Do
To make TubeCMS as accessible as possible, we have implemented the following measures:
- Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements are reachable and operable using a keyboard alone, including skip navigation links on every page
- Semantic HTML — we use proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions (
<main>,<nav>,<footer>), and ARIA attributes where needed - Colour contrast — text and interactive elements meet the minimum contrast ratios required by WCAG 2.2 Level AA (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text)
- Focus indicators — visible focus outlines are provided for all interactive elements so keyboard users can see where they are on the page
- Reduced motion — animations and transitions are disabled when the user has enabled a “prefers reduced motion” setting in their operating system or browser
- Text alternatives — meaningful images have descriptive alt text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
- ARIA states — interactive components such as FAQ accordions, navigation toggles, and pricing switches communicate their state to screen readers
- No auto-playing media — we do not auto-play audio or video content
Known Limitations
While we strive for full conformance, we are aware of the following areas where accessibility could be improved:
- Third-party content — embedded YouTube videos rely on YouTube’s own player, whose accessibility is outside our control. YouTube provides its own captions and keyboard controls.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Cloudflare provides an accessible challenge flow, but we cannot guarantee its conformance.
- User-uploaded content — images and text uploaded by TubeCMS users to their own sites may not include alt text or meet contrast requirements. We encourage users to provide meaningful alt text for all uploaded images.

This website is built with semantic HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript. It is designed to work with:
- Modern screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack)
- Keyboard-only navigation
- Browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality
- Operating system high contrast modes
- User preferences for reduced motion
